His 15 years of experience with international and UK based projects spans a diverse range of sectors. His work includes roles that require a multi-disciplinary understanding of the technologies and engineering systems applied within the built environment.
He has a passion for sustainable design and is an advocate of renewable energy technology and lifecycle assessments. His collaboration and interpersonal skills allow him to positively influence the design process, underpinning the ethos of the company.
James has been responsible for the concept and delivery of prominent large-scale sports and leisure-based projects, including leading roles on the Al Bayt Stadium for the 2020 World Cup, Copenhagen Arena, and various projects across the AELTC Wimbledon Estate.
James has gained an in-depth knowledge of sports lighting design, having recently developed the LED system design at the Aviva Stadium and Wembley National Stadium as part of venue-wide upgrade strategies for the UEFA EURO 2020 Championship. He has also provided lighting consultancy for the 2020 NBA Paris Games.
